Privacy notice

In short: we only process the data we need to answer you and run the site. We only measure visitor statistics with your consent, and we don’t use advertising cookies.

We answer the phone on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00 (CET).

2. Contact by phone or email

Data processed: name, phone number, email address, and anything you choose to tell us (e.g. your website address, a description of the problem).

Purpose: answering your enquiry, preparing a quote, preparing and performing a contract.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps and contract performance), otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering you).

Retention: 1 year from closing the enquiry if no contract follows. If a contract is concluded, accounting records are kept for 8 years under Hungarian accounting law.

3. Booking a call

The “Book a call” button takes you to abmg.hu. Data entered there is also processed by ABMG Kft., under the abmg.hu privacy notice.

4. Server logs

When you open the site, the hosting provider’s server records technical data: IP address, time, page opened, browser type.

Purpose: secure operation and troubleshooting. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: according to the hosting provider’s settings, typically no more than 30 days.

5. Cookies and local storage

Necessary (no consent required): the wps_consent cookie (6 months) stores your cookie settings, and your browser’s local storage remembers your light/dark mode choice.

External content (only with consent or on click): YouTube videos load from youtube-nocookie.com and the map from Google Maps. Google Ireland Ltd. may then process data (such as your IP address) and set its own cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Statistics (only with consent): Google Analytics 4 is a service of Google Ireland Ltd. It measures how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, traffic source). Google does not store IP addresses. Cookies: _ga and _ga_* (up to 14 months). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings”; when you do, we delete the statistics cookies.

Google Search Console: provides aggregated reports on our Google search results without personal data. It sets no cookies on this site.

We don’t use advertising or remarketing cookies.

6. Processors and recipients

Hosting provider: Websupport Magyarország Kft. (1119 Budapest, Fehérvári út 97-99., Hungary, www.websupport.hu).

For statistics and external content: Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Links to our Google Business Profile and social media pages lead to external sites, where that provider’s privacy notice applies.

7. Your rights

Access to the data we hold about you.
Correction or erasure of your data.
Restriction of processing, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
Receiving your data in a portable format.
Withdrawing your consent at any time.

8. Complaints
